This Season, It's Our Boat

The F/V Miss Gail has been fishing Bristol Bay for nearly 50 years. This season, for the first time, it's ours, and we're bringing that salmon home to San Diego.

We're a two-man operation doing this the right way: one boat, one fishery, no middlemen. When you buy from Miss Gail Salmon Co., you're buying fish we caught, handled, and shipped ourselves.

Bristol Bay isn't just where we fish. It's the most prolific wild salmon fishery on earth, managed sustainably for over a century. We're proud to be a small part of that legacy.

Ders on the F/V Miss Gail in Bristol Bay

Why Bristol Bay Matters

The world's largest wild sockeye salmon run, managed by science, sustained by people who give a damn.

🐟

Wild & Natural

These fish hatched in wild rivers, spent years in the open ocean, and returned to spawn. No farms. No pens. Just salmon being salmon.

⚖️

Science-Based Limits

Bristol Bay's fishery is strictly regulated by Alaska Department of Fish & Game. They count fish with sonar, open and close the season by the numbers.

🔄

Boat to Fork

We catch it, we ice it, we ship it. Shortest supply chain possible. You know exactly where your fish came from because we were there.
